Samsung Galaxy A05s Review

Introduction

Samsung is beyond evolving its entry-level Galaxy A series. At the bottom of the list are currently the Galaxy A05 and the Galaxy A05, the latter of which we have to test today. Launched first in Malaysia and then in India, the Galaxy A05s is a budget device.

To make the Galaxy A05 more affordable and accessible, Samsung has also released a 4GB RAM version of the phone in addition to the original 6GB version. Here is the model we have to test today: A05 with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage..

Compared to last year’s Galaxy 04, we see a significant advance The screen has grown to 6.7 inches and now has a Full HD resolution (1080 x 2400 pixels) at 90 Hz instead of HD+. The chipset has been updated to the even older but technically better Snapdragon 680.We won’t have 5G connectivity yet, but it’s a 6nm chip so hopefully it works better now. The selfie camera has also been significantly improved. It now has a higher resolution of 13MP and can jot (down) videos at 1080p. In addition, the same powerful 5,000mAh battery as before is equipped with a 25W charging wheel.

Overall, the Galaxy A05s feels like a much more complete device than its predecessor, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t without its flaws. Even on paper, you can’t ignore the fact that some things haven’t been improved, such as the much slower eMMC 5.1 internal storage. Of course, we find out all this from the test report.

Unboxing

The Galaxy A05s has a very low retail price. The box itself is nothing special, just a two-part sliding lid made entirely of cardboard, which we like from an echo perspective. The internal cardboard holder that holds the phone does its job very well, and that’s important.

We don’t expect many accessory backpack for the Galaxy A05s, and of course we shouldn’t expect them. closer is the cheap answer a simple USB Type-A to Type-C cable and a SIM ejector tool. No more and no less.
